3. Account Responsibilities

  • Account Creation: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • Prohibited Activities: You may not use our services for: 
    • Illegal activities.
    • Spamming or sending unsolicited communications.
    • Hosting harmful, malicious, or offensive content.

4. Payment and Fees

  • Billing: Fees are outlined on our website or specified in your chosen plan. Payments can be made through the website using available payment methods. If you require an alternative method, you may submit a ticket via our website.
  • Refund Policy: 
    • You may withdraw from a purchase within 7 days without providing a reason, provided: 
      • The service has not been used, customized, or tailored for you.
      • You have not waived your right to withdrawal.
    • The 7-day period begins on the order date.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days, excluding transaction costs incurred at the time of purchase.
  • Late Payments: 
    • Accounts with overdue payments may be suspended or terminated.
    • Services will be suspended if invoices remain unpaid by the due date.
    • If the invoice remains unpaid 7 days after the due date, the service may be permanently terminated and removed from our servers.

5. Content Ownership and Responsibility

  • You retain ownership of all content hosted on our servers.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.

6. Service Availability

  • Uptime: While we strive to maintain uninterrupted services, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime.
  • Maintenance and Outages: Maintenance may occur at any time and will be communicated where possible. ChargeHosting is not liable for downtime, outages, or related issues. Compensation for downtime is not provided.

7. Support

  • Customers can request support via any of the methods outlined in Article 13: Contact Information.
  • Although ChargeHosting is not obligated to provide support, we aim to offer 12/7 support for all services at no additional charge.

8. Termination

  • By You: You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support. The standard cancellation notice period is one month unless otherwise specified in your product’s quote, invoice, or description.
  • By Us: We may terminate your account for: 
    • Breach of these Terms.
    • Activities that compromise our network or violate laws.

9. Liability

  • ChargeHosting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
  • We are not responsible for damages caused by interruptions, maintenance, or outages.
  • You are responsible for creating and maintaining backups of your data.
  • ChargeHosting reserves the right to inspect your hosted services and files if deemed necessary for security or compliance reasons.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ChargeHosting harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of "Rechtbank Midden-Nederland."
